Is it just me or is this country making me faT!

Okay I really love Scotland but Im starting to think that this country is making me fat! And my reasons for blaming the country rather than my sweet tooth is because these Brit's are soo good at making suculant sweets, prestine puffed pastries, fabulous fish and chips, and endless decidant deserts.

I sound like one of those new M&S ad's we keep seeing on tele, but I tell you with the abundance of food and bad weather its easy to convience yourself to stay indoors and warm up with a wee nippy sweety while you gaze out your window at the howling gails of wind and rain.

I've always been a skinny gal, and many would say that I am still am....but call it age catching up with you or call it temptation but I'm starting to find jiggles and wiggles in places that used to be firm.
